Seeking Clarity

Clarity. When we seek to cause clarity, what is it and where does clarity exist?

Does clarity exist in a written statement? Is clarity in one’s mind sufficient? In one’s actions? Do we have an operational definition for “clarity”—written, tested, implemented.

William Scherkenbach said,

The operational definition of any (process) is not what you intended it to be, but what resulted when the process operated.
— Scherkenbach

Do we only have an intention to produce clarity or can we see clarity operating?
