The IQI Academy is a structured leadership development program grounded in Dr. W. Edwards Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge. This six-unit course is designed to help professionals transform their approach to processes, people, and organizational systems.

The Academy follows a traditional university semester schedule and is offered in the Fall and Spring.
The Fall courses start at the beginning of September and run through mid-December.
The Spring courses start at the beginning of January and run through mid-April.

Historically, this course was taught in-person. Post-pandemic we now offer a virtual format that allows learners to join from anywhere.
This course is broken down into six units. Typically, we will cover each unit over a two-week period but the schedule may vary slightly based on holidays.

On average you should plan on spending approximately 2-3 hours per week (total of 12 weeks) on the course. This is an overall average so, some weeks you will end up spending more time than others, however we have tried to design this course so that you get the benefits of having live instruction in a format that is flexible enough to fit into most schedules.

By taking this course we expect you to follow some basic ground rules. Everyone that participates in the Academy agrees to the following expectations.

You will receive a 100% full refund if you request to add/drop the course at least 30 days prior to the start date of the academy.
If you cancel with less than 30 days remaining between the date of cancellation and the start date of the event the following refund schedule will apply:
29 - 22 days - 75% refund
14 - 21 days - 50% refund
8 - 13 days - 25% refund
0 - 7 days - 0% refund
