Please, give us more credit…

It may be an insult to one’s intelligence that you can be:

  • Hired into an existing organization

  • Given tools and procedures to follow

  • Assigned a manager’s direction to obey

  • Appointed teammates with whom to work

  • Provided targets to meet

  • Furnished customers and suppliers to depend upon

and then be asked to believe that the results you produce are due to your own performance. Really?
